Draft status: This is product-development copy for the Fennby website prototype and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.

1. Information collected

This static prototype can store a waitlist name and email address in the visitor’s own browser using local storage. It does not transmit submissions to a server.

2. Product data

The live Fennby application may eventually process shopping lists, pantry information, household memberships, preferences and product interactions. A production privacy policy must describe the actual data flows before launch.

3. Household information

Shared household data requires clear controls for invitations, roles, leaving a household, ownership transfer and deletion.

4. Analytics and cookies

This package does not include third-party analytics. Essential local storage is used for the demonstration waitlist and cookie preference.

5. Your choices

In this prototype, browser data can be cleared through browser storage settings. Production access, correction and deletion processes must be documented before launch.

6. Contact

A verified privacy contact address must be added before public deployment.
